Four points to check

1. The purchase. At www.zavomo.com, review the garment, selected option and quantity before paying. Check the currency and the final amount, including any charges presented at checkout.

2. The method. Use one of the payment options offered for that checkout. Complete any provider authentication through its payment flow and keep financial security codes private.

3. The result. A pending authorisation may reserve funds without completing a purchase. If checkout is interrupted, look for an order confirmation and compare it with the provider's status before attempting payment again.

4. The record. For a duplicated entry, missing confirmation or unexplained amount, send the order reference, date and a masked transaction reference to [email protected]. A full card number or wallet password is not needed.

Payment approval may be followed by an availability or order-information review. If a paid order cannot proceed, the money taken must be addressed in the resolution. An approved refund is normally routed through the original payment method.

The receiving bank or wallet controls the appearance of that credit on your account. Its exchange rate and account fees can affect the statement independently of the amount shown at checkout.
