Terms for using the store

1. Your purchase details

These terms apply to www.zavomo.com. Review the item, option, quantity and total before ordering, and provide accurate information you are authorised to use. Read the relevant payment, shipping and return policies with the product listing.

2. Accuracy and availability

If a price, description or availability error affects an order, the problem and proposed resolution must be explained. A materially different item should not be silently substituted. Screen settings may influence appearance but do not excuse a misleading description.

3. Responsible use

Use the site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person's payment information or reproduce protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

4. Applicable law

These terms operate under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies continue to apply; no provision is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Unresolved matters

Explain an order concern to [email protected] with its reference. Seeking assistance does not restrict access to a competent authority, court or other lawful remedy. A later policy revision does not retrospectively remove rights arising from an existing purchase.
